Terms & Conditions (Highstoke Media Products)

Effective April 1, 2025
These Terms of Use & Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Highstoke Media products and services, including but not limited to our website, mobile applications, educational content, coaching programs, and marketing services. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement with DTT Enterprises LLC, doing business as Highstoke Media, Beauty Success Club, and PMU World.
Please note: For any custom plans or contracts signed before April 1, 2025, your original client agreement remains legally binding and supersedes any conflicting terms outlined here.

The Services

Highstoke Media provides educational and coaching programs (the "Program") that include ebooks, videos, audio tracks, manuals, self-study programs, webinars, coaching, training courses, live events, workshops, downloadable templates, industry updates, and other resources for PMU artists.
All provided materials are confidential. Sharing login information, passwords, videos, documents, and other protected content with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate membership termination without refunds.

Account Access and Usage

Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use or sharing of content outside the scope of personal educational purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without a refund.

Highstoke Media offers multiple service tiers designed to meet different business needs:
  • Starter Plan: One-time $27 payment.
  • Growth Plan (Elite Tier): $997/month with 3-month minimum commitment
  • Diamond Plan: $1,697/month with 3-month minimum commitment

Earnings Disclaimer

At Highstoke Media, we are committed to providing our clients with quality educational and informational resources designed to aid in the success of their PMU businesses. However, it's important to understand that 'success' in business is a multifaceted outcome, influenced by a myriad of factors beyond our control. Therefore, while we strive to empower our clients, we cannot guarantee any specific financial outcomes or business success.
Your individual success will be influenced by your personal effort, skillset, business acumen, market conditions, and a range of other unpredictable variables. It's essential to recognize that the world of business carries inherent risks and the possibility of both success and failure.
We celebrate the achievements of our clients and community members, but it's crucial to note that their past results, as showcased in testimonials or other platforms, are not indicative of future outcomes for anyone else. These examples are illustrative and not guarantees or promises of your achievable results. Your reliance on any information provided by Highstoke Media should be based on your own due diligence and judgment on how best to use the information for your own success.

Billing Policy

Payments for all Highstoke Media programs are processed automatically according to the selected program and billing cycle. Our Growth and Diamond programs operate on a subscription basis with recurring payments, which may be billed monthly, annually, or at another selected interval. By enrolling in these programs, you agree to ongoing membership charges for the duration of your subscription
A minimum commitment of three months is required for Growth and Diamond plans. During this period, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued. After fulfilling the three-month requirement, you may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy. All payments are processed automatically via credit card.
To ensure uninterrupted access to services, timely payments are necessary. The initial payment is due upon enrollment, while recurring payments begin 30 days after the launch of your advertising campaign and continue every 30 days thereafter. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or termination, and any associated guarantees will be immediately voided. If a payment issue is not resolved within three days of the due date, services will be canceled without a refund.
Highstoke Media is not responsible for any fees incurred due to overdrafts, over-limit charges, or non-sufficient funds (NSF). We encourage open communication regarding billing concerns—if any issues arise, please reach out to our team promptly to prevent service interruptions.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and authorize Highstoke Media (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your account based on the selected billing cycle, including applicable taxes and additional fees. Your subscription remains active until you cancel it in compliance with our cancellation terms
All program fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated under the Zero-Risk Guarantee. Payments are securely processed via a third-party provider. While we reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, any changes will not affect current members during their active subscription period.

Timeframe to Start Membership

The Client agrees to begin services within three (3) weeks from the date of payment for the Growth and Diamond Plans. If services are not initiated within this timeframe, and no later start date has been clearly communicated to the Highstoke team, the agreement will be automatically canceled and deemed null and void. Highstoke is not obligated to remind the Client to begin their membership. At Highstoke's sole discretion, services may be declined if the Client attempts to start after the specified period. The Client waives the right to request a full or partial refund or to file a dispute, regardless of service utilization. Exceptions may apply if Highstoke communicates an extended wait time due to a longer waitlist or if a later start date has been mutually agreed upon with the Highstoke team.

Membership Pause Policy

The client may request ONE pause per contract term, a maximum of up to 30 days, for circumstances such as vacations, relocation, emergencies, illness, and similar situations. Resumption of membership will occur automatically for durations exceeding 30 days.
If a client chooses to pause their payments for a month or another agreed-upon period, the following terms will apply:
1. Resumption of Service: At the end of the pause period, the client must confirm their intention to resume payments and services. Services will not automatically restart without this confirmation.
2. Contact During Pause Period: If the client does not respond to our outreach at the end of the pause period, we will attempt to contact the client daily for up to seven (7) times via their provided communication channels. If no response is received within this time, the account will be deemed inactive.
3. Account Closure and Guarantee Voidance: If the Client remains unresponsive despite multiple contact attempts, their account will be closed. Account closure entails the termination of all services, revocation of access to resources, deletion of campaigns and associated assets, and voidance of any guarantees under the original agreement. The Client may choose to reinitiate services in the future, subject to current onboarding procedures and applicable fees.

The Zero-Risk Guarantee

At Highstoke Media, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and fostering a successful partnership with our clients. Our Zero-Risk Guarantee reflects our confidence in the value our system brings to your business. It's a two-way partnership where we hold ourselves accountable to provide expert guidance, and we expect you to actively engage in the program to achieve outstanding results.
For clients in Growth and Diamond programs who meet the following requirements and invest at least $500/month in advertising campaigns, we guarantee that you will make back every single dollar you've invested into the program. If, for any reason, you do not achieve this outcome, we will extend your membership for a timeframe determined in consultation with the product manager. During this period, we will continue providing 1:1 support, strategic guidance, and necessary resources at no additional cost.
To qualify for the Zero-Risk Guarantee, you must adhere to the following criteria:
1. Utilization of Highstoke Dashboard for all client communications
2. Timely lead follow-up within 24 business hours
3. Active participation in at least three (3) scheduled group training calls each month
4. Active communication with the Success Team
5. Implementation of recommended promotional offers
6. Commitment to client reactivation campaigns at least every 60 days
7. Adherence to Highstoke strategies and recommendations
8. Comprehensive sales tracking using the Highstoke Dashboard
9. Consistent brand presence with at least 3 social media posts weekly
The Zero-Risk Guarantee will not apply if any of the following occur:
  • Major project changes outside the original scope of service
  • Lack of prompt communication or documentation
  • Revoking advertising access to social media platforms
  • Advertising account restrictions beyond our control
  • Non-compliance with recommended services
  • Engagement in special services outside our scope
  • Missed payments on payment plans
  • Extension or free time acceptance (waives refund and dispute rights)
  • Major project changes outside the original scope of service

Access & Integrations

In order for Highstoke Media to effectively provide its services for the Growth and Diamond Plans, the client agrees to provide administrative access and connect the necessary accounts and platforms required for the performance of the services. These include, but are not limited to: Meta Business Manager, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Ad accounts, chat widgets, forms on websites, Google My Business, website access, booking systems, payment processors (e.g. Stripe) and other relevant sources.
The client agrees to provide Highstoke Media with the necessary access and permissions required to carry out the work effectively. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all necessary integrations are in place and maintained throughout the duration of the agreement. Failure to connect and maintain the necessary integrations may result in delays, errors or omissions in the delivery of the services. Highstoke Media will not be held responsible for any negative consequences resulting from a failure to connect or maintain the necessary integrations.

Providing Marketing Materials

Client agrees to provide all necessary pre-approved creatives, photos, videos, documents, and any other resources requested by Highstoke Media into their Google Drive folder to execute marketing campaigns. Highstoke Media will run the advertising with the contents provided and, when needed, make edits to optimize performance. To continually improve results, new creatives must be provided monthly for testing and optimization. Failure to provide these resources may result in delays or suboptimal performance, and Highstoke Media will not be held responsible for such outcomes

Client Responsibilities

Sales

Once leads start coming in, it's your responsibility to follow up with them as quickly as possible. Highstoke Media will provide you with scripts, templates, and guidance to help manage your conversations effectively, but we do not handle lead follow-ups or booking appointments for you. We'll support you with group calls and trainings, where we review conversations and provide real-time feedback, as well as ongoing feedback on how you're managing your sales interactions. Highstoke Media will not book appointments for you—this is a partnership, and your success depends on timely engagement with your leads.

Branding

You'll get access to powerful, self-paced branding resources designed to help you build a strong, consistent online presence. Inside your training platform, you'll find pre-recorded videos, content templates, and step-by-step guidance to help you plan, create, and post high-converting content. Please note, we are not your social media manager. While we give you the tools and strategies, it's your responsibility to implement them and stay consistent with your social media efforts.

Systems

You'll have access to your own Highstoke Dashboard, which allows you to manage all your conversations in one place and connect your calendar for seamless scheduling. You are responsible for keeping the dashboard up to date and organized. Tracking your leads, conversations, and appointments accurately is crucial to your success.

Non-Interference Policy

If at any point during the term of the services, Highstoke Media becomes aware that the client is engaging the services of another marketing agency in a way that directly conflicts with or interferes with the marketing campaigns conducted by Highstoke Media, this will be considered a breach of the agreement. In such cases, Highstoke Media reserves the right to terminate its services immediately. The client will not be entitled to any refunds or guarantees, and the client will be responsible for any damages resulting from the breach.

Non-Interference Policy

Highstoke Media is not responsible for the advertising spend on external marketing platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc. Clients acknowledge that any costs related to advertising on these platforms are direct marketing expenses payable by the client to the respective platform. Each client's advertising strategy and associated costs are unique and dependent on individual campaigns, goals, and budgetary constraints.
Highstoke is equipped to handle advertising budgets of any size and recommends a minimum of $500 per month for each campaign. Clients may request to increase their advertising budget or add extra campaigns; such requests will incur an additional management fee. For example, an additional $500 in ad spend or the addition of one campaign will result in an additional $500 in management fees. Any changes to the advertising budget or the addition of campaigns must be agreed upon in advance.
Additionally, please note that each service corresponds to one individual campaign. We cannot merge multiple services into a single campaign. Clients acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for all their own advertising spend, and these costs are entirely independent of, and not included in, any fees paid to Highstoke Media for management services.

Renewal and Cancellation Policy

The Growth and Diamond programs are recurring services that automatically renew based on the selected billing term (monthly, quarterly, biannually, or annually). By enrolling, you authorize ongoing charges to the payment method on file and waive the right to dispute charges, provided they comply with these Terms.
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. Early cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued for payments made within the initial 3-month period. After the 3-month minimum, you may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 10 days’ notice before your next billing date. If notice is not given within this window, your next payment will still be processed, and your membership will remain active through that billing period.
To officially cancel, you must schedule and complete a mandatory Offboarding Exit Call with the Highstoke Media team. This call is required to properly remove access, disconnect integrations, and close out your account. Your cancellation will not be considered complete until this call is completed. Failure to complete the Offboarding Exit Call may result in continued charges, as your account will be considered active.
Inactivity or leaving the community (Beauty Success Club and/or Highstoke Club) does not constitute automatic cancellation, so unless you cancel your account in accordance with this section, you will continue to be charged for a subscription to the program.

Offboarding Process and Data Ownership

Ownership of Data

Upon termination of services, all leads and information generated during the course of our engagement will be owned by you, the client. We will export this data onto a spreadsheet and provide it to you upon request, ensuring a smooth transition and continued ownership of your business assets.

Data Transfer

After the offboarding process is initiated, we will promptly send all relevant data and materials created for your business upon request, assuming all account balances are current. You have 30 days to claim your data; after this period, any unclaimed data will be permanently deleted. Our goal is to conclude our partnership on good terms.

Late Payments and Disputes

If payments are late or disputed, we reserve the right to withhold data transfer until the account is settled. Continued non-payment or unresolved disputes may result in the forfeiture of your rights to receive the data and materials.

Rights Waiver

If payments remain overdue or disputes are not amicably resolved, you waive your rights to any data, advertising campaigns, marketing assets, or any other materials created by Highstoke Media. Highstoke reserves the right to delete any and all work produced for you, including but not limited to ad campaigns, creative content, landing pages, and other marketing assets, if these issues are not resolved within a reasonable timeframe. This applies to all assets developed during the course of our partnership, and Highstoke Media will not be responsible for the recovery or reinstatement of any deleted materials.

Termination Due to Client Conduct

If services are terminated due to inappropriate or unprofessional conduct, you waive your rights to the data and materials created. Highstoke reserves the right to delete all assets in such cases.

Client Engagement and Communication Guidelines

Platform Access: You will receive access to our exclusive communication platform, Highstoke Club, which will serve as the primary channel for interactions with our team.
Timely Responses: To ensure smooth collaboration and progress, clients are encouraged to respond to inquiries within 24 hours, helping maintain timelines and effective decision-making.
Designated Contacts: If you are unable to respond in a timely manner, you should designate a representative to communicate on your behalf to ensure continuity.
Availability Updates: Please inform the team of any periods of unavailability or changes in contact personnel to manage communication expectations effectively.
Notification Management: Set up notifications within the platform to stay updated on important messages requiring your attention.
Respectful Interaction: All communications should be conducted with professionalism and mutual respect. We encourage open and constructive dialogue to foster a positive working relationship..

Membership Termination

Highstoke Media reserves the right to terminate any account for violations of these Terms. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts, and all access will be revoked immediately.

If disputes cannot be resolved internally, they will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any rights to a chargeback or dispute claims once services are rendered and instead agree to resolve any issues through the mechanisms outlined here.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content, materials, and intellectual property on our site are owned by or licensed to Highstoke Media. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, display, perform, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post or use the content of the materials for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of Highstoke Media.
The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the materials are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Highstoke Media and other third parties that have authorized the use of such Trademarks. 
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Opt In: Providing the information on the form gives Highstoke Media permission to communicate with you by email, Facebook, Instagram, all social media platforms or phone to relay special offers, announcements, and information.

Account information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary.

User Conduct

Users must adhere to laws and regulations while using our site and services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, defamation, harassment, unauthorized commercial use, and infringement of intellectual property rights. Highstoke Media reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Feedback and Submissions

Any feedback or submissions to Highstoke Media become our property, and we may use them without obligation to you.

Third-Party Links and Content

Highstoke Media is not responsible for third-party links or content accessed through our site. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party services or products.

Audio/Video Release:

I authorize Highstoke Media to use my story as a testimonial and further agree to allow the use of my voice, photo, and likeness captured in any programs via photograph, audio or video, using any technology known or unknown, to be used for future products and/or marketing without compensation to me. I waive any right I may have to inspect and/or approve any photographs, audio, or video of myself. I understand and agree that all recordings are exclusive rights of Highstoke Media and I do not ask for or expect compensation for the use of the recordings or photographs in which I appear or speak. Highstoke Media owns all rights of any audio, video, and/or photographs captured during the performance of this agreement.

Privacy Policy

Your use of Highstoke Media is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of Highstoke Media will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions or court trials (except for small claims court).

Limitation of Liability

Highstoke Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Changes to Terms

Highstoke Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Baseline Information (Please Read ALL Expectations)

As a company that is expanding globally, we have set rules in place that ensure that we can both succeed in the long run and build a profitable relationship together.
Starting a business relationship takes trust and we hope to build that through our results and professionalism, and to that end, we find it valuable to start a baseline understanding of what can be expected throughout the process. By purchasing our program, you are agreeing to the following
I understand that Highstoke Media has my best interests in mind. The growth of my business is solely my responsibility and I understand that I must engage in other proper business development activities including, but not limited to, continuing to publish engaging content to my social media networks, continuing education on PMU best practices, remaining committed to capturing and sharing social proof, networking, referrals, following up, cold calling, warm calling, etc. and not rely solely on Highstoke Media for my business success.
I understand that Highstoke Media has many clients and promise to respect their time and trust that they will provide the support required. I understand that while prompt replies and communication are crucial to my success, I will respect Highstoke Media’s process and understand that all support requests will be answered within 48 business hours (not including weekends). I understand to avoid “scope creep” (continually expanding task list), this engagement does not include anything beyond what is specifically listed in this agreement.
I understand this program is a "two-way street" and requires teamwork and transparent communication. We cannot solve issues if we are not aware of them. I will communicate with Highstoke regularly so we can solve issues before they become one. I understand that Highstoke Media will provide all of the necessary resources and training and it is my responsibility to fully go through and understand 100% of the resources, use the provided tools and apply the proven methods in order to succeed.
I agree to show up and do the work. Success doesn't happen easily or overnight. I understand if I do not put in the work and what is required on my side, I will not see my expected results. I understand that marketing and growth take time. Sometimes we can knock it out of the park immediately, but in most cases, it's a gradual process that requires testing, learning and improving. I will be patient, trust the process and understand that most results come in after 90 days. I understand that I will enter a program/experience that is outside of my "normal process." I acknowledge that I will be stepping completely out of my comfort zone (and doing things that I normally wouldn't), and doing what's absolutely necessary in order to grow my business to the next level.
I understand that I am joining a one-of-a-kind experience. Above all else, I promise to have fun, be an amazing client/partner, be a supportive member of this global community, contribute whenever I can, spread positive & good vibes and do everything in my power to succeed this year alongside the best group of people in the industry.
By registering for a membership or accessing any of the program content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions
